What skin types are your products suitable for? +
Our balms are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. They’re formulated with 100% natural ingredients, free from synthetic fragrances and harsh chemicals.
Are your products safe for children or during pregnancy? +
Our balms are crafted to be gentle and nourishing for the whole family. For younger children, we recommend avoiding the Lavender Balm until after age 7, simply because lavender essential oil can sometimes be a little strong for very sensitive skin.
Do your balms have a scent? +
We never use synthetic fragrances. Some balms have a light, natural aroma from ingredients like lavender, honey, or chamomile.
What makes beef tallow good for skin? +
Grass-fed beef tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K and has a fatty acid profile similar to our skin’s natural oils, making it deeply nourishing and easily absorbed.
Are your ingredients organic? +
Yes, all our oils, herbs, and botanicals are 100% organic and sustainably sourced.
 Do you test on animals? +
Never. Our products are cruelty-free and always tested only on willing humans.
How should I apply the balm? +
A little goes a long way! Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingers and gently massage into skin. Use on face, body, or anywhere you need hydration.
Can I use the balm daily? +
Yes! Our balms are safe for everyday use, both morning and night.
Can I layer it with other skincare? +
Absolutely. Apply after cleansing and before sunscreen or makeup. It also pairs beautifully with serums.
How long will my order take to arrive? +
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping? +
